Mrs. Janice Stalling
Welcome to 6th grade science at Reynold's Middle School! Hopefully, you are well rested and ready for an interesting, stimulating, and challenging year. Sixth grade covers physical, chemical, earth, and life science which means that there are so many opportunities for such great labs. This is my 26th year teaching science and my 10th year in Prosper. I have a Bachelor of Science in Education with a specialization in Earth Science and have an additional 24 hours graduate hours towards my master's degree; all in science courses. I have been a member and participant of the Texas Regional Collabarative and NSTA for many years. So I absolutely love science and hope you do too! I am married to Joe Stalling (Texas A&M '77). We have three grown children, and five grandchildren (3 in Abilene and 2 in Aggieland). My husband and I live in the country, and yes, we do have cattle and other critters!
If you love science, STEM, and are interested in doing a science fair project, I sponsor the Jr. Scientist Society. We generally meet during the morning 7:30 - 8:10 once or twice a month. More information will be provided about the Society in late September.
I look forward to meeting you soon. Again, welcome to 6th grade Science! This year is going to be awesome!
CONFERENCE TIMES: 2:45 to 3:25 on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday.
