My vision for Hays Middle School is to provide a place where all students find a place to belong in our school. We want students to want to come to school each day, because of the amazing educational experience they are receiving from their teachers and amazing programs at Hays. We want every student to be challenged academically and provide opportunities for students to be prepared for whatever comes their way in life! 

Here at Hays, we believe that all kids can learn at high levels. We work to ensure this by seeing each student as an individual learner, and meeting them exactly where they are not just academically, but socially and emotionally too. We help students realize their full potential by setting high standards coupled with strong structures. Lastly, we build relationships with all our students so they feel seen and supported every step of the way! 

At Hays Middle School we strive to provide a culture where all students feel welcome, and that they are a part of the Hays family.  We seek individual growth for all by challenging each student at his or her level.  We want all students to find their voice, share their thoughts, open their minds, and learn to advocate for themselves.

As a campus administrator at Hays Middle School, my goal is to foster an inclusive and thriving educational environment that empowers students to reach their full potential.  I am committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and high-achieving educational environment where all students feel valued and inspired to pursue their academic and personal aspirations.  By collaborating closely with the dedicated faculty and staff at Hays, we will cultivate a strong sense of community and ensure that every student receives the support they need to succeed.  Together, I am confident that we can make a lasting positive impact on the lives of our students and contribute to their bright future. I am honored to get to serve as Assistant Principal at Hays Middle School. My goal is to provide an environment for students to feel safe and cared for in their academic endeavors, while also helping prepare them for life beyond being a Hawk. I am committed to providing support for teachers, staff and families as we all play a vital role in ensuring the care and success of everyone who walks through our doors. 

At Hays Middle School we strive to give each student a unique and engaging school experience rich with relationships and opportunities for growth.  It is my goal to serve our school community in unique ways that enrich the lives of students with exceptionalities, as well as encourage all students to reach their highest potential.  While learning is our central focus at Hays, we strive to create a culture where every student feels a sense of belonging.  I look forward to serving our school community this year as an Assistant Principal.
