The Stubers moved to Prosper in 1994 when Prosper ISD enrollment was at 590 students district-wide. Charles (Chuck) served on the PISD School Board for 12 1/2 years and served as the Board President during most of that time, leading the district through successful bond issues for a combined $860 million preparing PISD for the first wave of growth, opening many new schools during his tenure on the Board. Cindy has been the consummate volunteer, assisting teachers in classrooms, serving on numerous PTO boards, helping with various school lunch programs, and the list goes on.
