After logging into Skyward Family Access with your Parent or Guardian account, click the Online Forms tab on the left. The form is not accessible from Student accounts.

Click on the Fill Out Form link for your child.

The name, login, and password for your child is viewable on the displayed form. This is the login information to be used for google chrome to access all of your student's Prosper ISD google features.
