In an effort to simplify ordering transcripts we have partnered with Parchment. Beginning Friday May 4, 2018 you will request ALL transcripts through the Parchment website. Click on the Order Records Icon to order a transcript. Students can create an account by using the code sent to them in their PISD email or parents of students under 18 may create their own account. The first five transcripts are free. After the fifth one, they are $3.00 each. If you have questions, contact Liz Garcia at firstname.lastname@example.org.

How soon can I get my transcript?
Orders submitted by 3:00pm on Wednesday will be ready the same Friday at 12:00pm.
My university hasn’t received my transcript, what do I need to do?
If your transcript was sent to a university and they do not have your application on file, they will more than likely shred the transcript. Please make sure your application is on file prior to sending a transcript. Please allow 2 weeks from the date of your order to reach the Admissions Office. If you are in a rush, you will want to pick up your transcript and send it through an expedited mailing service.
How can I send my ACT/SAT scores?
What if I need an unofficial transcript or report card?
Unofficial transcripts and report cards can be accessed in Skyward Family Access. You will find these items under the Portfolio tab.
What is the fee?
The first five (5) transcript requests, per student/per year, are free of charge. This includes both print and electronic transcripts. Additional transcripts are $3.00 each. Payment must be received in the Registrar's Office prior to pick up, mailing, or electronic transmission.
How and when can I get my Senior Final Transcript?
If you are graduating this school year, please do not place this order until after June 1, 2018. Senior final transcripts will not be available until two weeks after graduation.
