Welcome Raptors! I am so excited to be the 8th grade counselor. This is my 18th year in education, 5th year as a middle school counselor and 1st year in Prosper ISD. I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Texas A&M (WHOOP!) and Master of Arts degree in School Counseling from Amberton University.

Ms. Torrey Eckert
Welcome, Raptors! I am excited to begin my eighth year in Prosper ISD and thirteenth year in education. I received my Bachelor of Science in Education from Baylor University (Sic 'Em Bears!) and Masters in School Counseling from Amberton University. I am passionate about building relationships with our students at Rushing and helping them feel successful not only with their academics but in social and emotional situations too.
I was born and raised in southern California and will take any opportunity to visit a beach or mountain! I love to travel and explore new cultures whenever I have the chance. When I'm not out enjoying new adventures, you can find me with my miniature-dachshund, Paisley.
