• Miss Texas Visits Spradley Elementary

    In Spradley Elementary’s Communications class, Ms. Newton's class has been learning about citizenship, important American and Texas symbols, public figures and 3D shapes. As a culminating activity they invited Miss Texas 2021, Mallory Fuller, to have lunch with them at Spradley Elementary.

    The College Board, which administers the PSAT and SAT, recognizes academic excellence through its National Recognition Programs. Colleges use the listing of this honor as a way of identifying students from underrepresented groups who have excelled on their PSAT/NMSQT, PSAT 10, or AP Exams and in their classwork.   • Rucker Teacher Recognized by CoServ and FC Dallas

    Rucker Elementary School Teacher, Jennifer Brown, was recognized on Friday, October 15th as the FC Dallas/CoServ Elementary Teacher of the Month. She was one of only eight in the area to receive the honor this year.
