The Prosper High School PTO is a volunteer organization made up of parents, teachers, administrators, and support staff who are dedicated to providing the best possible educational experience at Prosper High School. We assist the principal, Dr. John Burdett, in the planning and execution of events for Prosper High School students and staff.

The main ways we give back to PHS are through our volunteering and financial contributions. Your membership is needed so that our PTO can continue to strongly support PHS throughout the upcoming school year. Even if you have already joined a booster club for your high-schooler’s sports team or other extra-curricular activities, we need you to join PTO.

PTO Membership fees are used to support school functions such as staff appreciation and most importantly teacher grants. Last year, we awarded over $3600 in grants to PHS Staff!

The PTO has three membership levels: Bronze $15, Silver $30 and Gold $50. Additional donations and volunteering are optional, welcomed, and much needed. A strong membership is necessary for the PHS PTO to give Prosper High School the assistance it counts on from us.

To join PHS PTO, complete the online PHS PTO form or pick-up a form in the front office. Online, you can pay via credit card. Paper forms and payments can be dropped off in the school office. Please make checks payable to PHS PTO.

For more information about PHS PTO and how your contribution of time and/or money will benefit the students of Prosper High School, please email us at .

Why join the PTO?": The biggest misconception about joining the PTO is that you will be obligated to volunteer! This is simply NOT TRUE! While you will enjoy access to the directory and be updated on events more quickly, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO ATTEND MEETINGS (though we'd love to have you) and YOU DO NOT HAVE TO VOLUNTEER (though your time is valued). Joining simply allows for the PTO to have funds readily available for our student and staff activities provided throughout the year.
