Our fishing trip is fast approaching and we are in need of 15 chaperones per group. Below is a link for the Prosper ISD Background Check as well as a Google doc link to fill out a questionnaire if you plan to chaperone. Please have them completed by Friday October 26th 2018 if you plan to chaperone.
