Vic Routh
Welcome, My name is Vic Routh this is my fifth year teaching at Prosper High School. I retired from Federal Law Enforcement as a Criminal Investigator after twenty eight and one half years. I am from the North Texas area and can relate with the students from our community. I have worked in several countries, on investigations, outside of the United States.
I am a certified firearms instructor, conspiracy investigation instructor, clandestine laboratory investigation instructor, marijuana investigations instructor, and a certified instructor for state and local law enforcement in Texas and Oklahoma. I have instructed numerous law enforcement classes in Mississippi, Alabama and the state of Illinois. I served as an expert instructor to local, state, and federal law enforcement officers regarding specific case investigations, drug trends, overdose investigations, trial exhibit analysis, trial preparation, and trial testimony. I also served as the Dallas Division Recruiter, covering North Texas and the State of Oklahoma, for my law enforcement agency during my last two years.
I will be instructing Law Enforcement on both A and B days. I enjoy college football and consider it a hobby. Instructor motto "Failure is not an option". I am excited about teaching such an interesting career course to our students which was a part of my life for over 28 years.
