Mr. Brett Claypoole

Hello! My name is Brett Claypoole and I am a third year teacher at Prosper High School. I will be teaching Culinary Arts I and Advanced Culinary Arts/Practicum. I live in Aubrey with my wife, two kids, and two Boxers. Our son who plays on the Prosper Varsity Hockey team attends PHS and our daughter who goes to Windsong Ranch Elementary is involved in club volleyball. 

 I have worked in the managerial and culinary worlds for Marriott Management Services, Brinker International, and Food Concepts International. I received my AOS degree in Food and Beverage Management from Johnson and Wales University. I then transferred to Texas Tech University where I earned my BS in Restaurant, Hotel, and Institutional Management. In addition, I was also in Food Service I & II classes at Plano East Senior High where I competed in FHA Star Culinary competitions around the state and also on the national level.
