Mrs. Maegan Stevenson

Hello and welcome!

I could not be any more excited to be returning for my second full year at Prosper High School this 2018-2019 school year! I come to education by way of outdoor education and teen leadership development where I spent several years working with youth from Pre-K - 12. I will be working with several different Social Studies classes providing specialized inclusion support and services within Economics and Government as well as teaching two sections of on-level Economics.

I am from Pflugerville, Texas and graduated from Hendrickson High School in 2008. I graduated magna cum laude with my Bachelor's degree from Schreiner University in 2011 and obtained my Master's in Secondary Education from the University of North Texas in 2016.  Previously in Prosper ISD, I completed my student teaching and served as a long-term substitute at PHS during the 2015-2016 school year within the Social Studies Department. I have also worked with McKinney ISD within the Social Studies and Special Education departments during the 2016-2017 academic school year.

I am thrilled to be a part of the Prosper ISD family and am proud to be an Eagle!
