Mrs. Veronica Bradford
Greetings to all,
I love being a part of the Prosper family; we have an awesome district! I'm thrilled to be a Rushing Raptor this year! I taught at Reynolds Middle School for three years. Prior to teaching at Reynolds Middle School, I taught 6th – 8th Grade English Language Arts and Reading at the June Shelton School in North Dallas. For six years, I taught Pre-AP and On-Level 7th Grade English at Ereckson Middle School in Allen I.S.D. I started my teaching career at Greenhill School, many years ago, as their Dance Director and Middle School Acting Teacher.
Much of my extra time is spent with our adorable, yet hyper, nine-year-old border collie named Shelby. I also enjoy painting and choreographing when I'm not teaching.
I hold a Master of Fine Arts from Texas Woman's University in Denton and a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Texas at Austin. I am certified in 4th -8th grade English, Social Studies, Science, Mathematics and ESL.
This year, I hope to encourage your middle schooler, sparking a desire to write creatively, read critically, and enjoy learning daily.
“The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched - they must be felt with the heart.” – Helen Keller
