Coach Brian Saba
This is my first year teaching and I am truly blessed to begin my teaching journey with Prosper ISD at Reynolds Middle School. My vision as a teacher is to personally invest and help students discover what it is that they want to achieve and why. If we can get them to focus on being their best every single day, success will follow. Through motivation, positive discipline and inspiration, I help instill confidence and a positive mindset of believing that the choices they make determine who they are. By learning their unique individual personalities, I can coach them how to accept teaching and earn their trust resulting in engagement and performance.
Students will be supported and surrounded by a positive learning environment. My number one goal is that they are more successful in life because they were involved in our program. My goal is to positively affect 1 person by the example that you set, being somebody they can look up to and caring about somebody, then affect 2 more people the next day and 3 more and eventually everyone will effect everyone in a positive way creating a powerful and supportive learning environment.
I truly care about my athletes as a person and a player with the drive and determination to positively impact their life. I do this by showing them tough love and not allowing them to take the easy way out of workouts or their grades. I take my love for the game and instill it into the players by molding them into the player you see inside of them and watch their talent and dedication grow. The payoff is the smile seen on a player's face once upon reaching their goal.
I was born and raised in Fridley, Minnesota and currently reside in Prosper with my 3 dogs.
