Mrs. Staci Newton

Hello! My name is Staci Newton and I am one of the Communications teachers here at Spradley.  This is my first year at Prosper ISD but my 15th year teaching in Special Education.  I attended Hampton University where I received my Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology.  After working as a Speech Language Pathologist for 3 years, I decided to obtain my Master's degree in Special Education from Bowling Green State University in Ohio.  After supervising adults as a Special Education administrator for a Charter School, I decided to come back into the classroom where my heart is...with the students!  Teaching has always been my passion while loving, leading, supporting and advocating for students are my top priorities in the classroom.

In 2012, I moved to Texas from Arkansas and currently live in Frisco with my husband, Fredrick.  In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my grandson, Kaden, providing respite care for families of individuals with disabilities and I am very involved in the pageant world to include the Miss Texas Scholarship organization and the North Texas Angels Pageant, a non-profit for individuals with special needs.

I look forward serving the Spradley school family and making a difference, one student at a time!
