Hello Hays Hawks!  I am Coach Burroughs and excited to begin my first year in Prosper ISD.  I am a physical education teacher and girls athletic coach here at Hays.  I am entering my 25th year of teaching and coaching.  My previous 24 years were in Plano ISD where I taught elementary and high school physical education.  I have coached basketball, volleyball and track and served as an athletic trainer at the varsity and high school levels.

I have three busy boys.  My oldest two are a second grader and first grader here in Prosper ISD.  We love to spend time outdoors on the weekend fishing, camping or playing sports!
