Degrees and Certifications:
Ms. Marty Sanders
My name is Marty Sanders and I have started my 20th year in education. This will be my first year in Prosper ISD. I taught Integrated Language Arts at Pioneer Heritage Middle School in Frisco, Texas for the past 13 years. Now, I’m teaching 6th grade ELAR and providing support in various classes here at the brand new Rushing Middle School. I couldn’t be more thrilled to be here and so blessed to be chosen to teach at a wonderful campus. I am not married, have several hobbies that include reading books, cooking up scrumptious food, collecting Beanie Boos and magnets.
I have a masters degree in Education from East Central University and a bachelor of science degree in Business Administration from Southeastern Oklahoma State University. I have previously taught math, science, and adult night courses in computer technology.
I am so excited to get to serve the students of Rushing Middle School and the Prosper community. May the 2020-2021 school year be full of laughter, joy, lots of learning takin place, and some fun times a long the way.
