As principal of Rock Hill High School, it is my responsibility to encourage an inquisitive mind, foster critical thinking and creativity, and create a learning environment where each student is valued and nurtured.  And because every student has the right to a superior education, where teachers are enthusiastic and expect excellence, I believe clear goals and high expectations for student achievement should guide the development of rigorous instructional strategies and learning activities.  Ultimately, I believe the collective efforts and commitment to continuous improvement of the Rock Hill High School community will enable our students to become dynamic members of the global community; one where they are seen, heard and loved!

The Rock Hill High School mission of ensuring that "everyone matters" resonates with my passion for connecting the pursuit of advanced academics with the belief that equity in education begins with knowing the heart of our students. "Seeing, hearing, and loving" others strengthens the foundation of a campus and community. I view each day as a fresh opportunity to support the rigorous, engaging, and inclusive learning experiences that will inspire our Blue Hawks to SOAR in our local and global community.
