Derek Stansell is a 1984 graduate of Prosper HS who was an integral part of the 1984 State Championship Baseball team. He also set a state tournament record with 2 doubles in the state playoffs as well as a .778 hitting percentage. He also excelled in football, basketball and track while at PHS.

Trevor Jones graduated from Prosper HS in 2010 and continued playing football at Rice University. Trevor was a part of the 2008 State Championship football team while at PHS.

Eric Manto is being inducted as a long-time supporter of Prosper ISD Athletics. He was the voice of Eagle Stadium and is now the voice of Children’s Health Stadium. In 2020, he was awarded Dave Campbell’s “Community Connector Award” for all of his support of the Prosper community and school district.

The 2011 Prosper HS Men’s Golf Team won the State Championship in 2011 after being District & Regional Champions that year. The team members were Grant Bennett, Brayden Brown, Zach Neely, Cameron Bridges, and Josh Harpole. They were coached by Keith Kirkland.
