Prosper ISD is looking to hire 150 outstanding educators for the 2022-2023 school year at its second annual virtual job fair on March 17, 2022 from 3 to 6:30 pm. 

With the opening of its 15th elementary campus in 2022 and growth throughout the district at all levels, the district is recruiting the most highly qualified teachers and educators for its growing population.

 “We seek educators who have a passion for teaching and connecting with students to ensure that all students grow and achieve academically, emotionally, and socially,” Prosper ISD Executive Director of Human Resources Bernadette Gerace said.

The virtual job fair allows prospective teachers to interview with multiple district administrators. And it also provides an opportunity for administrators to engage with hundreds of potential Prosper ISD educators. 

“Other job fairs include many other districts, and hosting our own job fair allows us to make it Prosper-centered,” said Gerace. In addition to the virtual job fair, district human resources and campus representatives continue to attend university and regional job fairs throughout the year to recruit the best and most highly qualified educators.
