1. Please log in to the Skyward Parent Portal from a web browser (it will not work on the Skyward app). From there: 

   • Click the Online Forms tab on the left,
   • Click on the 'Fill Out Form' link for your child, 
   • Retrieve the name, login, and password for your child(ren) 
   • Please provide the password to your child(ren).
