Before the first day of school, please visit your campus website to view the Arrival and Dismissal maps. Knowing your route ahead of time will help keep traffic moving smoothly and ensure a safe, stress-free start and end to each day!
|
|
|
As we kick off the school year, please remember that the first two weeks often bring heavier traffic and longer wait times for drop-off and pick-up. Thank you for your patience and understanding as everyone settles into their new routines—things will smooth out soon!

Prosper ISD allows a maximum of four (4) parent notes per student per semester to excuse an absence. Unused parent notes from one semester do not carry over to the next semester. The limit of four (4) parent notes resets at the beginning of each new semester.
All parent notes are to be submitted through Skyward Family Access and must be submitted within 3 school days of the absence.
Once the maximum of 4 parent notes per semester has been met, absences will be considered unexcused, unless the absence qualifies as an exemption under compulsory attendance laws.

Parents, we need your help to ensure a smooth start to the school year!
Student passwords have been reset as of August 5th. To avoid any issues with your student accessing district technology on the first day of school, and, most importantly, for middle and high school students to view their class schedules, you'll need to retrieve their new password. |

As our students head back to school, let's all do our part to keep everyone safe on the roads and in school zones! The Prosper ISD Police Department has some important reminders:
🛑 STOP! When you see a stop sign, make a complete stop. 🅿️ Slow down in the parking lot! School parking lots can be busy. 🚴♀️ Watch for bikes and scooters! They can be harder to spot. 📵 Stay off your phones! Distracted driving is dangerous driving. 🚶♂️ Look both ways at a crosswalk! Pedestrian safety is key.
Remember, when we say STOP, we mean a COMPLETE stop. Let's work together to help keep our kids safe this school year! |

This policy applies to all grade levels and includes:

- Smartwatches
- Tablets (personal devices)
- Any other electronic device capable of communication
