Congratulations to Walnut Grove senior Mason Kutch on being named the Gatorade Texas Soccer Player of the Year! 🏆 🌟 One of the most prestigious honors in high school athletics, this award recognizes student athletes who excel on the field, in the classroom, and in their community — and Mason does all three. Prosper ISD is so proud of you!
The last High School Superintendent's Advisory Council meeting of the school year is in the books! 📚 Our students were joined by the Prosper Education Foundation to share their experiences and ideas to help shape the future of PEF. We're proud to have such incredible partners who are just as invested in the success of our students as we are. 💛
Superintendent Dr. Holly Ferguson was honored with the TMEA Distinguished Administrator Award, recognized by Fine Arts Director John Alstrin for her outstanding support of music education across Prosper ISD. 🎶 With 14 TMEA All-State student musicians this year alone, it's clear that her support is making a difference. Congratulations, Dr. Ferguson!

The work at Bridges Middle School has already begun! 🏫 This week, the Bridges founding staff gathered for their first professional development day together, laying the foundation for a school culture that will shape students for years to come. Eight Prosper ISD band students and six choir students across all four high schools placed in the TMEA 6A All-State competition, breaking a new record with 14 total TMEA All-State honorees. 👏 Out of more than 70,000 students who auditioned across the state, only the top 2.6% earned this distinction. Congratulations to these incredible student musicians. Way to make us proud!

Learners Showcase was a wonderful celebration of learning across the district! 🎉 Each elementary school hosted its own showcase, where students welcomed their families into their classrooms to share the projects and skills they’ve been working on all year. It was a fun evening full of proud moments as students showed how much they’ve grown. 🌟📚
Spring Break is almost here! ☀️Just a reminder that there will be no school next week as students and staff enjoy a well-deserved break. Staff will return Monday, March 23, and we will see students back in the classroom Tuesday, March 24 for the last 9 weeks.
The Bluebonnet Brunch was a beautiful display of Prosper ISD’s supportive community and incredible students. 🪻 Guests enjoyed a delicious meal prepared by PHS and WGHS Culinary students, stunning floral arrangements created by RHHS Floral Design program, and a warm welcome from RHS Health Science students who helped seat attendees—each detail showcasing the variety of talents across our campuses. FFA, Hope Squad, and JROTC members were also in attendance to highlight the many opportunities available to students. It was a wonderful morning celebrating the people and programs that make our district shine.

Every safe ride starts with this team. 🚌 Our Transportation Department spent time with Dr. Holly Ferguson during a special Lunch with Our Leader—a chance to connect and celebrate the people who help keep our students moving safely every day.
