Richland High School rolled out the red carpet for our Silver Stars! 🌟 Guests enjoyed breakfast from student-run cafe Fork & Flame, participated in an AP physics lesson, and toured the cosmetology classroom along with the electrical engineering and robotics labs. Thanks for the amazing tour that showed exactly how Richland builds champions!

💛 🔦 Shining a light on our middle school counselors! At all six campuses, these professionals guide students through their transition from childhood to adolescence. They provide support and encouragement in all facets of students’ lives, helping students explore their interests and assisting in making decisions. Students are in for a four-day weekend, with Friday, Feb. 13 set as a staff development day, and Monday, Feb. 16 is officially a school holiday—not a bad-weather makeup day.
What’s next?

☑️ If approved, waivers will be submitted to TEA
☑️ If TEA approves, no additional makeup days or extra instructional minutes will be required
