Baker is proud to host author Mari Mancusi on Thursday, October 16th for 3rd - 5th Grades! Pick up YOUR copy of one of her books & have them signed by the author for your student! Also stop by Neighbor Books in McKinney that evening to meet her from 4-6 pm. We can't wait!

Get ready for the Baker Elementary Trunk or Treat event! Stop by Baker Thurs. Oct 30th from 5-6:30pm for some spooky fun! Families & teachers will decorate their trunks & hand out some fun treats. Wear your best costumes & get ready for fun! #BakerBetterTogether

Prosper ISD offers ways students can explore in Science. At Baker Elementary this week, Fourth Grade investigates Mixtures & Solutions with real world applications. Classes made solutions to blow bubbles & noted how their components kept their properties! @ProsperISD @BusbeeAnn

Baker students ARE CHAMPIONS! Thank you Miss Geiser for bringing the Texas Mobile STEM lab to Baker. Students solved engineering design challenges & worked together to design a product or process using model STEM activities developed with support from TEA. @ProsperISD

Fifth Grade put on their scientist hats to demonstrate that electrical energy in complete circuits can be transformed into motion, light, sound, & thermal energy. They identified requirements for functioning electrical circuits & designed & constructed the circuits. @BusbeeAnn
