Today we honor & remember Sam Rayburn, a great Texas & American statesman. Sam Rayburn Day is observed to remember his service in the Texas House & US House of Representatives for 48 years. He also established a VA Hospital in McKinney of which we are thankful!

Second Grade explored the Giant US Map in the Library last week. They identified map elements such as title, cardinal directions to find locations and used the map legend to identify symbols. Way to go explorers! #BakerBetterTogether @BusbeeAnn @ProsperISD
