Happy Labor Day Weekend! Did you know that President Grover Cleveland signed legislation making Labor Day a federal holiday on June 28, 1894. Today, we celebrate with barbecues and a three-day weekend that marks the end of summer. Whatever your plans are this weekend, I hope you relax and enjoy your time with family and friends.
The PHS Homecoming Parade is Wednesday, September 9th. We hope to see you on the parade route.

Our Boyer PTO (Parent Teacher Organization) is made up of dedicated parents, teachers, and staff working together to make Boyer an amazing place for our students! Whether you have a little time or a lot, there are so many ways to get involved and support our school community.

Spelling Bee (3rd - 5th graders only)
Prosper ISD is proud to have had the #6 speller in the nation last year from the 10 million students who participated. Click HERE to fill out the permission slip form, review timelines, and locate word lists to study. The permission slip form will close on Monday, September 28th.
5th Grade Choir
Choir sign-ups are officially open! Any 5th graders who are interested in participating in choir this year MUST complete the sign-up form linked HERE. Email Mrs. Sigmund with any questions. Her email address is cmsigmund@prosper-isd.net
UIL Academics
We are very excited about our students having the opportunity to participate in the University Interscholastic League (UIL) A+ Academics Competition. The deadline to sign up is September 18th. After Labor Day, we will start welcoming parents to join their children in the Boyer Cafe for lunch. Some dates have been blocked off for testing purposes or other campus events. Click the button below for the sign-up and guidelines for this time.
