💬 A Note from the Principal

Howdy, Bridges Families!

We’re looking forward to another great week at Bridges Middle School! Our Bulldogs continue to work hard, learn, and grow each day, and we’re grateful for the continued partnership of our students and families.

💛 Gold Out Day — Tuesday

This Tuesday, students and staff are encouraged to wear gold or yellow for Prosper ISD’s district-wide Gold Out Day. We’ll come together to show our support for children and families facing childhood cancer and remind our community that we stand with them.

Thank you for continuing to partner with us as we support our students and build a strong, caring Bridges community. We’re excited for another great week of #BuildingBridges together!

🌟Be Bold, Go GOLD!

Football teams will host their Gold Out games on Tuesday, September 29th, and we’d love for our Bridges community to help us show their support. Tommy Wainwright, an 8th grade athlete at Reynolds and a former student of mine, is courageously battling cancer for the second time. Let’s wear gold, fill the stands, and show Tommy, and all children and families impacted by childhood cancer, that they are surrounded by a community that cares! 💛🐾

BEST PUBLIC SCHOOLS IN TEXAS

Named by HEB’s Excellence in Education Awards as the Best Large District in the State of Texas, Prosper ISD has an established 67-year history that is grounded in the humble roots of a farming community, now soaring to the fastest growing school district in Texas, due in no small part to the pursuit of excellence in the arts, academics and athletics. Our students and staff are routinely recognized on the local, state, and national levels for outstanding achievements, and our teachers are highly qualified experts who bring out the best in every student.

ABOUT PROSPER ISD

🫶 THANK YOU TO OUR COMMUNITY FOR SUPPORTING OUR TEACHERS & STUDENTS

In November 2023, an overwhelming majority of voters approved $2.7 billion to continue building excellence in Prosper ISD. Thank you for your continued financial commitment to our district.

And while our facilities are second to none, we know that it is the people who make the difference in Prosper ISD.
