We’re looking for caring, committed adults to serve as mentors to Prosper ISD students. You don’t need to be a counselor or expert—just someone willing to listen, encourage, and show up consistently. Mentors meet with students on campus during the school day in a structured, supportive environment.
As a mentor, you’ll help students feel seen, supported, and inspired to grow into the confident, resilient leaders of tomorrow. We provide all the training and tools—you bring your time and heart. All applicants must complete and pass a Prosper ISD Volunteer Background Check.
Volunteer mentors will:
Meet with students monthly, during the school day, for 30 minutes
Build positive relationships rooted in trust and respect
Serve as role models and champions for student success
Help students develop confidence, character, and connection
