Cockrell Champion Families...Happy Thursday!

We hope you are having a wonderful week! I have been informed by multiple people that our emails are no longer on the website and have been hard to find. I am so sorry about this! Mrs. Gee and I were not aware of this change, and we did not intentionally remove them. Please accept our apologies as we love direct correspondence with our Cockrell families, and again, were unaware of this change. (We always encourage the first line of communication to go to our teachers- as this is the first step in problem solving, but we are also here as well!)

A few reminders:

• No visitors for lunch until the Tuesday after Labor Day so our kiddos can learn routines and connect with those around them.

• You will always need your ID (and any visitors coming with you) when coming to campus.

• If you have questions about your child's bus, follow the link on Gasmire's Good News regarding PISD transportation questions.

• If you need to make changes to your child's dismissal, we ask that this is not an all the time thing so that our kids can get into a routine. However, we understand life happens and plans change. Please contact the front office for dismissal changes, not your child's teacher, as they are busy with our kiddos and not readily checking email during the school hours.

Cell phones and smart watches are not allowed to be used or accessed during the school day. Kiddos must place their cell phone and smart watch into backpacks upon entering the school building and they cannot be used until they have exited the building (or until they have gotten off of their bus). Thank you!

Prosper ISD will be enabling pictograph multifactor authentication for our 2nd through 5th-grade students starting August 21st. We will enable these on a per-school basis through August 28th.
