The administration will provide a report on new Prosper ISD Strategic Priorities developed collaboratively with students, teachers, staff, parents, and community members of Prosper ISD | | | | | | | | Our 2025-2030 strategic plan was developed through an inclusive process involving over 400 stakeholders, including staff, students, parents, and community members. Through surveys and listening circles, we identified four core priorities that will guide our district's future:
Together We Champion We support every student on their journey to excellence by addressing individual needs in our fast-growing district. With our exceptional teachers and staff, we commit to transforming each student's dreams into success while fostering kindness and good character.
Together We Cultivate We create meaningful connections across our growing community. Recognizing that our students' success depends on the strength of their community support, we proactively integrate new families and staff members into our culture of excellence.
Together We Empower We embrace our mission of ensuring all learners are learning at all levels. This applies to students, staff members, parents, and community members alike. We develop our people to lead and inspire, viewing our growth as an opportunity rather than a challenge. We prioritize employee well-being to retain our talented educators while recruiting new staff to meet our expanding needs.
Together We Prosper We unite in a shared purpose while honoring each individual's uniqueness. We actively involve families in their children's education, with parents leading campus tours across our growing number of schools. We celebrate both our longtime families and newcomers as we work together toward prosperity for all.
These four values—Champion, Cultivate, Empower, and Prosper—form the foundation of our strategic vision and will guide all our efforts through 2030. | | | | | | | | | Board swears in newly elected members, reorganizes officersOn May 13, the Board canvassed the May 3, 2025 election returns and certified that incumbents Jorden Dial, Kelly Cavender, and Garrett Linker won their respective places.
