Last week our 4th graders got to be hands (and feet) on the Texas map as they explored our great state! Such an engaging way to bring geography to life — thank you to our amazing librarian for making this learning adventure happen! ⭐️🤠

Another amazing House Day at Furr last Friday!💙💚🧡💜❤️ Our students learned all about gratitude!! Our incredible House Helpers jumped in to support classrooms and the energy was off the charts as everyone cheered on Chanya as they were the winners for October! Way to go Chanya!

Our 5th graders checked into the Order of Operations Hospital this week! 🏥💉 Equipped with clipboards and critical thinking, they “operated” on math problems to keep their patients (equations!) in perfect condition.

Another group of dedicated educators attended PLC at Work training yesterday to strengthen our shared understanding of best practices as a Professional Learning Community! 💙 Always learning, always growing to do what is best for kids!

Our 2nd Grade Clean Up Club and 3rd Grade Gardening Club kicked off this week! We’re so thankful for these students who are dedicated to helping our school grow and shine—inside and out!✨🌱

☕📚 Our 3rd grade teachers hosted a Starbooks Poetry Café, where students shared their writing and gave thoughtful feedback. It was an engaging, creative, and meaningful way to build confidence and a love for literacy!
