The Hughes Hoedown starts at 5:30 on Friday, April 24th and PTO members get early entry at 5:15 p.m! This is always one of the most fun events at Hughes! There will be a DJ, concessions and buy tickets to ride a mechanical shark! Yeehaw!

Look Who Got Caught Reading! During the last nine weeks, Hughes learners can earn "Got Caught Reading" tickets when they are working hard on their reading stamina in the classroom! They get to bring their tickets to the library. We pull students' names from the Golden Raffle Drum every morning on the announcements. Students get to come and pick their prize from the library! Here are just a few of our winners so far!
