From practicing using color codes to program Ozobots to completing Breakout Boxes for our Bluebonnet Readers, there was a lot of excitement in the Hughes Library this week!
3rd, 4th and 5th Graders who completed the Bluebonnet Reading program got to celebrate this week! Students had to read 5 or more books from the Texas Bluebonnet Reading list and complete a form summarizing their favorite book! Our votes were submitted to the Texas Bluebonnet Committee! At Hughes, our top three books were Two Tribes (3), New Dragon City (2), and Legends of Lotus Island: The Guardian Test (1)! We can't wait to see which book won for the whole state of Texas!
