Let's make some noise for Music in Our Schools Month! 🎵 Across the district, music students showcase their talents from the classroom to the concert hall. From our exceptional Suzuki Strings program to our standout UIL performances, our students make excellence look effortless. We look forward to celebrating our incredible music programs all month long.

Congratulations to the Jones Middle School Mock Trial Team for an outstanding performance at the Middle School Mock Trial Tournament!

Under the leadership of Coach Ms. Vengrow and community volunteer Mr. West, our students earned 2nd place out of 23 competing schools and brought home six individual awards. Their preparation, professionalism, and teamwork were evident throughout the competition. Throughout the competition individual awards are given each round. We took an award every single round. Listed are the team members and their individual award:

This is a team competition and we could not have advanced to finals without each member performing at a highly competitive level. They spent a grueling 2 days battling it out in the courtroom crushing school after school!

We are proud of the dedication these students demonstrated in representing Jones Middle School with excellence.
