🎓 ICYMI: Graduation dates are set! PHS will hold its ceremony on May 22, 2025, at 7:00 PM. On May 23, 2025, Rock Hill will celebrate at 9:00 AM, followed by Walnut Grove at 7:00 PM. The last day of school for high school students is Thursday, May 22, while PreK–8 students will finish on Friday, May 23. Save the dates!

Great things are happening in STEAM as students design and test boats for buoyant force! These young engineers are learning some strong critical thinking and problem solving skills through our specials classes.

Check out word harvesting, a vocabulary acquisition strategy, being utilized in our classrooms! We don't just memorize definitions, we make meaning of them based on the text. This practice is so useful for authentic vocabulary development in students.

Last week we celebrated National Arts in Education Week. Special shout outs to our music teachers (Ms. Seddelmeyer and Mr. Hall) and art teachers (Ms. Seiberling and Ms. Pepe) for all they do to help students develop their creative talents!
