Together We Prosper September 23, 2025 | | |

| | | Modern-day Homecomings have grown into week-long celebrations where students and staff fill the week with themed dress up days, parades and pep rallies, all leading up to the big game and dance.
For current and future students, Homecoming offers a chance to show school pride and an opportunity to connect with the community. But the tradition at its core is a way to welcome alumni back to the school they once called home – it’s a reminder that the spirit of a school doesn’t end at graduation, but lives on each time a former student returns to reconnect with and celebrate the legacy they helped shape.
When Rock Hill High School opened in the fall of 2020, it marked a historic shift in Prosper ISD history, as the community expanded beyond a single high school campus for the first time. With that milestone came the opportunity for the Blue Hawks to create their own traditions – representing their own school colors, mascot and campus.
Last week, RHHS brought that tradition to life once again. Their Homecoming parade welcomed families of Rock Hill students and younger students zoned for Rock Hill, setting the tone for a week of celebration.
Prosper Pride continues to grow, with each campus carrying the same tradition forward while putting its own unique twist on what it means to celebrate Homecoming. Prosper ISD will wrap up all four 2025 Homecomings this week with Prosper High School's parade, football game and dance. | | | | Campus Tours begin in October.
