We are excited to announce that Ross Andress, geometry teacher at PHS, will be an Assistant Principal at #THEship for the 2025-2026 school year! Mr. Andress has served Prosper ISD at both Rogers Middle School and Prosper High School and has led on our Guiding Leadership Team for the past two years. His experience developing professional learning and leading his team will help our teachers and staff continue to soar.

We are incredibly excited to announce that our very own Ms. Lindy Wilcox will be the Associate Principal of The Ship for the 2025-2026 school year! 🏴☠️
Ms. Wilcox is in her 16th year as an educator and 10th year serving right here in Prosper ISD. She has been a science teacher, school counselor, and assistant principal, excelling in each of those roles by building relationships with our community and staff. Her knowledge of collaborative teams and the Professional Learning Community will only continue to shine as she moves into her role as Associate Principal.
