ICYMI: The Rogers MS Yearbook Staff received special recognition at this week’s board meeting! Their yearbook was selected as one of just 14 in the nation to be included in the Jostens Book Bundle, out of thousands of entries. Mrs. Flores' Honors Science students at Jones Middle School are riding the wave of hands-on learning! Using jump ropes, they're modeling transverse waves to explore amplitude, wavelength, and frequency. It's amazing to see how these interactive labs bring science to life, fostering deep understanding through fun, practical experiments. Every day brings new discoveries in our classrooms across the district.
We got to kick off all of the Walnut Grove fall sports teams at Meet the Wildcats! It was a great time celebrating all of the wonderful things happening at WGHS with the community. 🌟
Saturday’s Meet the Eagles event was a great success, featuring a celebration of our fall sports teams 🏈🏐🏃♀️ and special performances by the cheerleaders , Talonettes, and the Mighty Eagle Band. The community came out to celebrate a fantastic kickoff to the sports season! 🎉

🎉 We're Back! 🎉 Today marked the first day back for many of our staff across the district. It was a day full of planning, classroom decorating, and getting back into the school day groove . Our dedicated faculty and staff began crafting their stories for the year, all in preparation to welcome over 31,000 students back on August 13! 🏫✨
