Our first track meet of the season was a huge success! We had several athletes place in their events, including three athletes who broke school records. 👟Christina C. broke the girls' 300M hurdles record with a time of 51.56 👟Sa'Niya W. set a new girls' 200M dash record with a time of 26.87 👟Drake C. broke the boys' 110M hurdles record with a time of 17.18 Ca-Caw!

Our Men's Choir and Women's JV and Varsity Choirs competed at UIL this week and all three performing groups earned SWEEPSTAKES! They have worked so hard for Superior Ratings and we are so proud of them and their outstanding directors, Ms. Wilson and Ms. Stewart!

The Hays Jazz Band had a great time at the TCU Jazz Festival today! They performed, enjoyed lunch at Dutch's, and attended a clinic by world famous trombonist, Wycliffe Gordon ... AND they are bringing a 1st place trophy back to Hays!🏆
