🌕🚀🌳 Exciting news! Today, students and teachers planted their very own Moon Tree at Prosper High School! 🌱✨This isn’t just any tree—it’s an American Sweetgum that started as a seed orbiting the Moon during the Artemis I Mission (Nov 16 - Dec 11, 2022). After its stellar journey, it was nurtured at the J. Herbert Stone Nursery, part of the USDA Forest Service. 🌲🏛️With the help of our amazing floral & ag students, the Moon Tree is now rooted in PHS soil for everyone to enjoy. 🦅 What a cool way to be part of history!#prosperproud
