Boyer 2nd grade GT students have started an exciting Engineering unit, exploring the essential question "How do engineers help us?" They're discovering different types of engineers and learning how each field solves real-world problems that impact our daily lives. Students are putting their knowledge into practice by designing and building their own engineering projects using the same engineering design process that professional engineers use!

Meet the Staff Monday!
Today we celebrate our amazing Front Office Staff. This team includes our Admin Team, Counselor, Nurse, Secretary, Registrar, Receptionist and SRO. This team has 117 combined years in education. They have 15 college degrees between them!

Officer Yuschak won a best bagger competition for the grocery store chain he worked at growing up.
Mr. Bill has been skydiving.
(Mrs. Harrington was in a bowling league all through Middle & Highschool. She did tournaments all across Texas. The highest game she ever bowled was a 298 and the highest score is 300.
Mrs. Nickell is a football fanatic.
Ms. Free is on day 180 of Duolingo.
Nurse Hill earned one of her degrees in education, but I never got certified!

Students in Mrs. Honaker’s 4th grade class used Curipod to work on conjunctions in ELAR this week. They also worked on spending twenty minutes doing sacred reading time. Their goal was to do focused, diligent reading. We love to see this kind of learning in our school!
