The adult listed as the primary guardian for rising Seniors now zoned to Walnut Grove should have received an email on November 11, 2022 before 9:00 am. Each of these primary guardians must complete this form in Skyward to indicate the preference for your student to stay at their current campus or to attend and graduate from Walnut Grove. 

The deadline to complete the form is November 28, 2022 at NOON.
