Coach Garner is in his 10th year of education, all of which have been spent in Prosper ISD. Coach Garner came to Prosper first as a student teacher 11 years ago at Prosper High School while attending the University of North Texas. He then was hired at Reynolds middle school before moving over to Rogers middle school. He spent the last 6 years as the Varsity Assistant at Prosper High School while also coaching football for 4 years. He and his wife Taylor have a 3 year daughter named Jaiden. Coach Garner was previously the Teacher of the Year at Prosper High School in 2020. When asked what he loves about coaching, Coach Garner says, "The relationships built through competition with our players. Everyday is an opportunity to experience both." 

Coach Ian Spaight was born and raised in Carrollton, Texas.  He attended Oklahoma Wesleyan University where he played basketball.  Coach Spaight went on to be a graduate assistant at Oklahoma Wesleyan University where he coached for a total of 4 years.  He graduated with a Master’s in Education in 2019.  Coach Spaight began his teaching career in 2018 teaching PE in Oklahoma.  He was an assistant coach at Hebron High School for the past two years.  Coach Spaight loves coaching because he can make an impact on his athletes’ lives and he loves watching them succeed in all areas.  Coach Spaight is a devoted fan of the Dallas Cowboys and the Dallas Mavericks.  He married his high school sweetheart, Anna Claire, in 2017 and they have a one year old daughter, Charlotte.
