Kimberly Patterson

Coach Kim Patterson was born and raised in Prosper, Tx. She is a proud Prosper ISD K-12 student and alumni of Prosper High School 2009. During her time at Prosper High School, she was an avid athlete. Kim recorded multiple trips to State for Track, which included a 400m State Championship. In 2021, Kim was inducted into the Prosper ISD Hall of Honor for Athletics. She holds this honor with great pride and hopes one day to see the athletes she coached also earn this same recognition.

Competitively, Kim was involved in soccer for 17 years. She played for the Dallas Texans and North Texas ODP, winning National Championships with both teams. Throughout those years, she was involved with the Youth National Teams for the United States, with several trips to training camps in California and Florida. Kim is a 4 time All-American in HIgh School, and was at one point ranked the #1 recruit in the nation for all positions.

Collegiately, Kim started her career with Texas A&M University, and later transferred to Texas Christian University (TCU) where she finished out her playing career. She graduated in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Education degree with an emphasis in Mathematics and a Minor in History.

Coach Patterson loves interacting with athletes each day and having the opportunity to see their
growth as students, as well as, athletes on and off the field.  She is beginning her 11th year of teaching and 2nd year in Prosper ISD.

Kim is a proud mom of 3 sweet boys, Jett, Keith, and Kane. All are proud students of Prosper ISD.
