This is Coach Thompson’s 21st year teaching and coaching and his 7th year at Prosper High School. He has previously coached at Princeton, Red Oak, and Marshall high schools. Coach Thompson loves seeing athletes develop confidence in their abilities through achieving personal success in the weight room and by lifting more weight than they previously thought possible.

He is married to his wonderful wife Melissa and they have 2 daughters, Charlotte and Madison. 

Coach Lemons is entering his 17th year of coaching and teaching. He graduated from Texas Tech University, where he played football. He also played in the NFL for 5 years before retiring and transitioning into coaching.

He is married to his high school sweetheart, Nicole, and they have 3 amazing sons, Gabe, Chris, and Isaac.
