6 years of coaching experience (2 years in Prosper ISD), previously an assistant coach at Cleburne High School (1 year) and South Grand Prairie (3 years). As coaches, we are presented with an opportunity to make a positive difference in young people’s journeys every day. I love the challenge of trusting the process and the duty to consistently grow our students as people and as athletes.

Gary King

I am Coach King, husband and father of two. I am in my 5th year of coaching and 6th year of teaching. I am a veteran, having served eight years in the Marine Corps. I have coached cross country, track and field, girls' soccer and football at the middle school level, and girls' soccer at the high school level. This year, I am the 9th-grade assistant football coach and 9th-grade girls' basketball coach. I am proud to be a part of the Rock Hill family.

Alice Robinson

Coach Alice Robinson was born & raised in Bossier City, Louisiana. Early on, it was evident she developed two interests – basketball & education. She excelled in her education by attending and graduating from Trinity Valley Community College in 2012 with an Associate degree in Liberal Arts, and Lamar University with a Bachelor of Arts in General Studies in 2014 and a Master of Science in Criminal Justice in 2016 . Her basketball playing career includes high school varsity at Parkway High School, college basketball at Trinity Valley Community College, which finished 36-0 as NJCAA Champions in 2012. After completing junior college, she transferred to Lamar University, finishing her basketball career.

She coached and played basketball at the collegiate level. She started coaching in 2014-2016 as a graduate assistant at Lamar University. After Lamar University, she landed her first coaching job at Bossier Parish Community College for two years and Grayson College for one year. After coaching at the college level, she believed her calling was to coach and teach at the high school level.

Last season, coaching at Parkway High School, they had the pleasure of winning the 2023 Louisiana 5A State Championship. With finishing runner up in the 2022 Louisiana 5A State Championship the previous year.  As an educator and mentor, one of her goals is to reach and impact student-athletes' lives." Reach one ,teach one" is her saying.

Jacob Spradlin

My name is Coach Spradlin and this is my first year at Rock Hill High School! I will be the assistant girl’s basketball coach and assistant softball coach. I’m originally from Hot Springs, Arkansas and moved to Texas in June. I graduated from Arkansas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Health and Physical Education. During my undergrad, I worked as a student assistant for the Women’s basketball team. After I graduated from Arkansas Tech, I became the women’s basketball assistant coach at Texas A&M University-Texarkana. While there, we won the first conference championship in school history. My fiancée, Sally, and I are very excited to be a part of such an amazing school and cannot wait to get involved!
