My name is Alicia Hayes. I am entering my first year as the new head softball coach at Rock Hill High School and my 11th year in high school education. Prior to coming to Rock Hill, I was the head softball coach at South Grand Prairie High School for 2 years and prior to that I was the varsity assistant at Prosper High School for 4 years.  I played softball at Northeast Texas Community College and Southern Arkansas University.  My favorite thing about coaching is seeing how far each young lady comes from the first day of school to the last day.

I am married to my best friend Ben, who is a firefighter for the City of Little Elm. We have 2 amazing kids, Ella and Hardy. In my free time, I love being with my family and friends, anything outdoors and cheering on my Texas Rangers and Dallas Cowboys. I am so blessed to be at Rock Hill and so excited to get to work! GO HAWKS!!

My name is Coach Spradlin and this is my first year at Rock Hill High School! I will be the assistant girl’s basketball coach and assistant softball coach. I’m originally from Hot Springs, Arkansas and moved to Texas in June. I graduated from Arkansas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Health and Physical Education. During my undergrad, I worked as a student assistant for the Women’s basketball team. After I graduated from Arkansas Tech, I became the women’s basketball assistant coach at Texas A&M University-Texarkana. While there, we won the first conference championship in school history. My fiancée, Sally, and I are very excited to be a part of such an amazing school and cannot wait to get involved!

My name is Baylee Weaver. This will be my second year of Coaching and Teaching and my first year at Prosper! I will be the Varsity Assistant for Softball and I am so excited to help grow this amazing program and share my love for the sport! I have a great Pyrynees/German Shepherd mixed pup and in my free time I enjoy hiking, traveling, and working out!
