11:30AM: 3200M (followed by OPEN-Developmental 1600M)

Mandatory Practice:

We will begin mandatory Track & Field practice after school on Tuesday, January 17th, 2023. Practice will begin after school and end at 5:30PM. Practices will take place at PHS Track Monday-Friday. You must have a current physical to participate.

Mandatory Parent/Athlete Meeting:

We will have our annual mandatory Parent/Athlete Meeting on Wednesday, Jan. 25th in the PHS Cafeteria at 6:00PM.

Rankone online paperwork & current athletic physical. You can fill out all of the forms online and you can even upload your physical (both sides) into Rankone. Every member must send a copy of a current POR (water or electricity bill) to me via email or in person. If you are new to the team we also need a copy of your birth certificate.
