Chris Stroh

Coach Stroh began swimming at the age of 5 on a summer HOA swim team. Immediately, he was hooked on the sport. He continued his swimming journey by swimming year round. When Coach Stroh was a student-athlete at Valencia High School, he was a 4-year varsity swimmer. He was a captain for 3 years and a CA State Qualifier. He was a 4-time All-American. Coach Stroh continued his swimming career collegiately as a member of the California State Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo Men’s Team. 

Upon graduating from college, Coach Stroh immediately began his Master’s Degree in education while teaching and coaching. Coach Stroh was the head coach for the summer HOA swim team where his love for swimming began. He got his start coaching all levels from age 4-16. In addition to coaching summer swimming, Coach Stroh started coaching for his former high school team, in addition to coaching club swimming. 

As the head coach at Valencia High School, Coach Stroh had 4 District Titles, 48 NISCA All American swims, 2 State Relay Champions, and 9 Individual Champions. During this time, he also coached 4 Olympic Trials qualifiers (2016, 2020) for club swimming. 

Coach Stroh moved from teaching at the jr. high level to teaching and coaching at Hart High School. During his time at Hart, his swimmers had 1 District Title, and 12 NISCA All American swims.

In the summer of 2022, Coach Stroh moved his wife, Jordan, and daughter, Everhett to McKinney from Los Angeles County, California. He was the Head Swim and Dive Coach at McKinney High School for one season before moving to be the Head Swim Coach and Assistant Water Polo Coach at Prosper High School. Coach Stroh is very excited about the future at Prosper High School.

Keenan Fogelberg

Coach Fogelberg is entering his third year at Prosper High School as the assistant swim coach and head water polo coach, in addition to teaching Economics. Coach Fogelberg has been coaching swimming since 2015 as an assistant at Mountainview High School in Orem, UT. He also coached the Orem Timpanogos Aquatic Club from 2015-2017. In 2018, he moved to Dallas and spent 3 years at Dallas Sunset as an assistant football coach and head swim coach, coaching the swim team to back-to-back district championships in 2020 and 2021. 
 
Coach Fogelberg grew up swimming and playing water polo in Merced, CA and later played water polo for Brigham Young University, where he majored in Political Science. Coach Fogelberg also has a Master's Degree in Teaching from WGU. Coach Fogelberg and his wife Alexis have two kids, James (5) and Lily (2).
